Workshop Plan
This session is 2 hours long and includes the following:

Part 2: Freeform/Conscious Dance – Dance Your Truth
Unlock the power of movement in a transformative dance session where you’ll connect with your body, express your truth, and celebrate yourself. -
Awakening the Body
- Theme: Connection and Grounding
- Goal: Introduce conscious dance by focusing on body awareness and being present in the moment.
- Focus: Grounding, moving without judgment, and building body awareness.
This program will be presented in Persian.
