In this inspiring session, we’ll explore the deep connection between self-love, mindful eating, and joyful movement. You’ll gain tools to build a healthier, more compassionate relationship with your body and food. Join us for a transformative experience of self-discovery, healing, and celebration.

Workshop Plan

This session is 2 hours long and includes the following:

  1. Welcome and Introduction (5 minutes)
    • A brief overview of the session’s theme and what to expect.
  2. Part 1: Discussion on Self-Love and Nutrition (45 minutes)
    • Topics Covered:
      • How self-love and self-acceptance affect food choices and overall health.
      • Identifying emotional triggers and unhealthy eating habits.
      • Building a positive relationship with food through self-compassion and healthy boundaries.
    • Interactive Elements:
      • Guided self-reflection exercises.
      • Sharing personal experiences and insights on self-love practices.
  3. Question & Answer Session (15 minutes)
    • Open discussion where you can ask questions and share thoughts.
  4. Break (15 minutes)
    • Enjoy healthy smoothies and snacks.
    • Take home recipe handouts to try at home.
  5. Part 2: Freeform/Conscious Dance – Dance Your Truth
    Unlock the power of movement in a transformative dance session where you’ll connect with your body, express your truth, and celebrate yourself.
  6. Awakening the Body
    • Theme: Connection and Grounding
    • Goal: Introduce conscious dance by focusing on body awareness and being present in the moment.
    • Focus: Grounding, moving without judgment, and building body awareness.

This program will be presented in Persian.
